Are you drinking yourself fat?

Did you know that a mere half cup of Orange Juice contains the same amount of calories in the same amount of Coca-Cola? The difference is that the juice is more nutrient dense per serving. But this stresses the importance of looking at what you are drinking. Even when you think that you are drinking something "healthy", you could be consuming unnecessary calories.

In order to cut the calories per serving without losing the nutrients you need, you can add mineral water/plain water/seltzer to HALF of the said cup of orange juice. Less Calories. More Nutrients.
