January 2017 VIRTUAL TRAINING 21 DAY CHALLENGE

Start your 2017 New Year off the right way with our VIRTUAL TRAINING PACKAGE! 



This training option is all about that person who wants flexible eating, combined with a fitness regimen that fits the needs of their body as well as their lifestyle. Most of the time when you go to a trainer, they give you a laundry list of everything you CAN'T do....lets talk about what you CAN do instead.  There will be guidelines that you will have to adhere to, but my job is not to be your judge, jury, and executioner.  My job is to help you get better....day by day and equip you with the tools you need for long term success.


We will also be offering some new plans and some experimental tools to keep you on track including "Google Hangout" during the first week to ensure that everyone is onboarded effectively prior to the start date. 


In this challenge, you will get a meal plan by your body type, a fitness plan by your body type, a private Facebook motivation group for accountability and motivation; and most importantly you will have a group of 10-20 other people going through the same challenge as you!

Let me teach you the fundamentals of fitness so that you can grow inside and outside of the gym! We will be taking sign-ups on a first come/first serve basis so... DO NOT WAIT...do it today.....
