BryensBootCamp is BACK with our VIRTUAL TRAINING PACKAGE! 
This training option is all about that person who wants flexible eating, combined with a fitness regimen that fits the needs of their body. You get a meal plan by your body type, a fitness plan by your body type, a private Facebook motivation group for accountability and motivation; and most importantly you will have a group of 10-20 other people going through the same challenge as you!

Let me teach you the fundamentals of fitness so that you can grow inside and outside of the gym! We will be taking signups on a first come/first serve basis so... DO NOT it today.....

***REMEMBER*** I am offering a special deal this time where if you have:
  1. Participated the challenge before at least once
