THEN...your agility lateral shuffle with box jump
Agility Drills 3x 45 seconds
Supinated TRX Suspended Curls
Finish it out with the slider plank
Slider Plank to Pike 3x12
THIS SHOULD BE DONE IN ORDER....AND ALSO WITH ONLY 30 SECONDS OF REST IN BETWEEN EXERCISES.
