Workout of the Week!!!!!!!

One-Legged Squat 3x12

Burpees 4x 30

DB Snatch Press 3x8

Overhead Squat Press 2x 10

Explosive Russian Twist 3x10

While you are in a Russian Twist position with your feet elevated, and Using a Medicine ball, act as if you are shooting a free throw above you so that the ball comes straight up and straight down. When the ball comes back down in trajectory toward you, slam the ball on both sides of your torso. Repeat.

Decline Pushup 3x10

Plank FULL minute!!!! 3 sets.

Perform all of these in a row exactly as it is shown
