Workout 1

H.I.I.T Cardio Day

30 min total

-5 min jog on Treadmill at 30%
-1 min sprint

Step off treadmill bicycle kicks for 1 min.

-5 min jog on treadmill at 40%
-1 min sprint

Step off treadmill burpees for 1 min

-5 min jog on treadmill at 50%
-1 min sprint

Step off treadmill and do plank front/side/other side.

-1min
-1min

10 min brisk jog at 20% to wrap-up


Workout 2

DB row. 3x12
DB Bicep Curl. 3x12
DB Front Raise. 3x12
DB Shoulder Press. 3x12

Ab Crunch. 3x10
Reverse Crunch. 3x10
Hip thrust. 3x10

Finish up with 10 min jog.
