The REAL reason you might not be losing weight

Many people who are gaining weight instead of losing, are doing so because of the notion that when u exercise more you 'eat more'...yes. It is true that u will need more energy to workout efficiently but NO that does not mean u reward yourself by replenishing your body with dairy queen post-workout. EAT RIGHT post workout and remember the old addage--if you burn more than you consume your body has no choice but to lose weight!
